We're expanding both our in-person training and our online coaching, including the 316 Method app, and we need trainers and coaches who can deliver real results while representing that same standard. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.

Deliver 1:1 personal training and nutrition coaching to clients in your area. Same standard of personalization and care our clients already expect from us, wherever you're located.
Coach clients remotely through high-touch individualized programs or the 316 Method app, as our low-touch client base grows. Flexible, location-independent, and built to scale with us.
A recognized personal training and/or nutrition coaching certification in good standing.
A track record of coaching real clients toward real results, not just a certificate on the wall.
Comfortable coaching within a faith-centered brand and representing that standard with clients.
Dependable communication, consistent follow-through, and a professional approach to every client relationship.
Contract work built around your availability, not a shift schedule.
